NORTH HILLS NEIGHBORHOOD PRIDE ASSOCIATION (NHNPA)
The NHNPA was one of the first neighborhood associations in El Paso, active even before the creation of the Neighborhood Coalition. It's area includes the almost square North Hills area, just east of the Franklin Mountains, and is divided by Martin Luther King Drive.
Located in North Hills West is Chuck Heinrich Park, with a lengthy trail along a water containment dam, providing an elevated scenic view onto the eastside. Chuck Heinrich Park also houses the El Paso Police Memorial, commemorating Police officers killed in the line of duty. The El Paso Police Departent conducts it's Anual Police Officers Memorial Ceremony here.
